Contribution Certificate is a voucher that can be redeemed after the Eureke Q Movement had gained substential politcal power and that it is capable of looking after its participants, both registered or unregistered. It is an instrument of fair reward distribution, a prerequisite for any political system to sustain.

Even if the Movement had fallen due to any reasons, the certificate still serves as proof of contribution to the people, that it retains its value that can be redeemed from other movements that eventually prevails.

The Eureka Q Movement kindly request all certificate holders to properly keep these vouchers, since loosing them can distort the balance sheet of the reward system, and may result in other contributors being insufficiently rewarded at the time of redeeming

Though not designed as crypto currency, the certificate can be transferred to another person, however the original owners must surrender their right of redeeming it. Each voucher can be redeemed only once, facilited by the GUID, which is encoded in the QR code. Therefore the tranferring of the certificate may be limitted to between parties in trust.
