"Indians" only hire "Indians", this is such a well-known fact that happens in any country, any economy sector, any kind of organisation, any sort of companies, it has become such a common sense, that people had stopped talking about it altogether.

This was largely due to those "Indian" managers would expect other "Indian" jobseekers to pay them their first month of salary as a bribe if they were employed. Which is also becoming well known, that people are getting tired talking about too.

Lesser known is that, "Indians" only vote for "Indians". But don't worry, we will see this very soon, you will certainly notice it, you will not "miss" it.

I have been telling people, these are the worst behaviours a group of people can ever collectively display, since it is defacto genocide on every other ethnicity. Frankly I don't care if they really shit on the street: even my neighbour's dog shit on the street all the time; but if you let the "Indian managers" continue their things for a while, not even those "god's chosen people" can survive this. I am not joking.

To be fair, One Nation supports "that mid east country", and many consider Hanson could become the new puppy of the pedophile deepstate, so as the follower of the Eureka Q, we are not big fans of PHON. Eureka Q takes central stance in politics.

Also to be fair, the lefties had been hating Indians for this exact reason for a long long time, this grumpy employee wasn't following politics at all.

That post had gone viral, not just on reddit, but also twitter, facebook, instagram. Not surprised.

Reddit then quickly removed that post, mate, not surprised either.

What is really surprising, however, is that our society had entered "self-mutilation" mode in responding to this matter, just look at the reply of this local worker when referring to the "Indians" (on the right side of the screenshot above):

I work in critical infrastructure and even the Union Reps. are starting to talk about this. They are concerned about how well our infrastructure will operate if people are getting roles via fraud. The word is not to fix things fraudulent workers break and let it collapse.

Wait a minute, did I hear "let critical infrastructure collapse"? So next time you drive across a bridge, or drive through a tunnel, you better hope no "Indian workers" had worked on it, because it might just collapse and it will take months to recover your dead body? Should I carry a suicide pack, since it isn't really a pleasant experience trapped in tunnels waiting for rescure?

Assuming the workers hope it will collapse before the project got finished, and if people got killed, they might hope it better be the "fraudulent workers", not their workmates? But what if this thing got completed, how would they make sure the innocent people will not die if something bad really happens, and also make sure it will not become yet another example of "crappy Australian project", and the government end up hiring even more workers from India? Mate, nobody knows it was built by "Indians", only the frontline workers do.

We have seen this phenomenon before, it is a classical case that victims will self-mutilate when they cannot seek justice against their perpetrators. This happens all the time to child-sexual-abuse victims, their rapists had become famous and powerful, like politicians, government officials, court judges, they occupy headlines of news everyday, and traumatize victims everyday. And you see the victims hurting and killing themselves, it is heartbreaking.

You can easily draw a parallel. When Indian managers only hire Indians to do the job, they don't care if the candidates are qualified, they only care about who will pay a big buck to their pockets. Rather than calling out their behaviours, we just passively observe and let them ruin our very own projects plus many many other things we cherish in our lives, endangering the lives of our best mates, just hope those "fraudulent workers" get caught and publicly shamed? If this is not "self-mutilation", tell me what it is? Have you ever considered the massive damage that had been afflicted to ourselves as a whole society, whether our gain will be proportional to the disasters that both you and me had allowed to happen, or had there been any gains at all over the years? Mate, if you can even accept your loved ones or even yourself to die randomly on these daily things you take as granted every minute, what is stopping you from doing the real right thing?

I know things had been like this for a while, quite a while, but we cannot live like this.

This is "self-mutilation" on the whole society level, we cannot live like this.

People have to wake up to this, if "Indians only hire Indians" is a collective behaviour of the Indian community, then only a collective behaviour of everyone else in Australia could be a reasonable response. This is nothing personal to any individual who has Indian heritage, but the real brave and decent people living on this land who don't want "self-mutilation" on their next generations will ensure this collective response unmistakable.

Australia is a small country, I have been telling everyone around me, that people living here cannot even decide who can come and live in this country: Whatever happens on this land will not change the behaviour of those "Indian managers" around the world, nor it can change how the "Indian job seekers" paying big bribes to get hired. However, this behaviour must change, it is non-negotiable. The smart Indians among themselves will have to wake up to this fact, and they will seek improvements from within. I am sure many are already trying, and they cannot afford to lose. Otherwise, by the day Australia had achieved free speech for general public, and when people can eventually express their views freely, I fear that if the group of people in question still come by numbers, they will find it really hard to find a place for themselves on this land. Their change in behaviour must be absolutely downright earth-shattering and unmistakable, otherwise, I say again, they can try to come, but they will find it really hard to find a place for themselves on this land. It is not something we the Eureka Q endorse, but it is something we would anticipate beyond any doubt.
