The entire Justice system is designed to protect bad people. I am not joking; I am dead serious about this.

Imagine a guy raped a woman, and was later caught by the family of the victim... So, what would be the appropriate punishment carried out by the family?

Perhaps he will be killed, or at least, his genitals will be chopped, these are all the proper punishments that immediately come to our minds.

But instead, we sent him to courts, and after years of court battle, fattening lawyers of both sides, the rapists will be kept in prison for couple of years, then he can come out and continue to do what he likes. The prison wouldn't correct him; he just can't be corrected. All the prison did, was to protect him for couple of years to prevent the family of victim to revenge upon him. And here is the scary part: We all think this is perfectly normal.

Here is the conclusion, the reason court system exists, because they want to protect the bad people from receiving the real punishment they deserve. The length of the sentence doesn't depend on how much damage they have caused, but on how soon the victims and their families can forgive him. In case of rapes, that is couple of years, and so long you wait it out, revenge will not happen, and you break the chains of people harming each other.

So next time if you are expressing a political opinion peacefully, you better be prepared to be jailed for very long time, because, you know, there is no way people could ever forgive your political opinions, unless they think you can attract a big following base in those privately run jails, as those prison bosses would worry you causing trouble so they will make a telephone call to their judge friends and "kick you out", anyway, back to topic...

Similar things for murder cases, they don't care if you are killing a bad guy or good guy, they only care about making sure more killings will not occur, being victim families' revenge or deterring further vigilante killings from members of public. This is their sole purposes of running cases through courts, they don't want to correct murderers, nor do they care about punishing him, they just want to "stop" it so they can maintain the illusional "law and order", they don't care justice at all.

That is particularly why the courts cannot and WILL NOT do anything about thieves and pickpockets, because nobody wants to revenge against them. In a "classical" society, you would expect cutting the fingers off the hands of those thieves, every time they steal from someone, you cut off one finger. So, after 10 times, they finally will stop.

In fact, 9 times, since you need at least 2 fingers to do the work, sorry for being such a nerd.

Now, since you have read this, it won't be hard to understand the weird phenomenon of today's court system: lawyers, judges, prosecutors, all level of governments, they bust their heads protecting the bad people, and eventually, they forgot the valid reason behind it, and finally crossed the line: they started persecuting the victims.

The biggest reason for persecuting the victims is for covering things up. There are things that even if the perpetrators went to jail, he will still be revenged upon, not by victims themselves, but by disgusted inmates in the same jail. Take pedophiles for example, we heard enough about how they were ranked the lowest in a prison's ecosystem, and it sounds like all inmates would line up to kill him to improve their own "social status" inside. So the only way to protect the pedophiles, is to persecute victims, arrest them for trumped up charges and ruin their reputation, hence nobody believes what they say, and so the pedophiles can walk free, just to make sure he won't get killed in jail: They are all private jails run by friends of the judges FFS! Even if the families of the pedophile won't sue for damage, it significantly damage the image of "justice system": If they are going to die anyway, what is the point of keeping the court or prison system? Come on, there are so many employees waiting to pay their bills and mortgage!

So now you get it, courts start to persecute victims, if it discovered that it is not capable of dealing with the matter and delivering proper justice within its limited power. So, in order to make sure people will not find this out and inevitably seek for "alternatives", it would bust its head to make the court outcomes appears to be "reasonable", or even deny the crimes ever existed, even if it means persecuting the victims, just to groom up the appearance of the court to make it look less awkward. Failing this, thousands of highly paid lawyers will lose jobs immediately. So, the lawyers must help out the system too...

Let me be more straight: If you are a "evil" person and fear that you ever get caught, just commit a crime so hideous that people won't even talk about, don't worry, the judges, the cops, the prosecutors and yep, the lawyers, they will all work hard to help you out: their livelihood depends on it.

Now you also understand why the court system, the police and government as a whole is controlled by pedophile networks: the "justice system" is so disgusting, only disgusting people would want to work with it, because their livelihood also depends on it for obvious reasons.

Hence, moving forward, what can we do to deal with the situation? I have been telling people all the time, the corrupt Australian judiciary is no more than a tool for government to persecuted dissidents, and a tool for the strong to persecute the weak, at the same time, costing taxpayers trillions of dollars, fattening lawyers and bankrupting hardworking families, it is a lot worse than a scam. Everyone can easily come to this conclusion without the need to read above analysis. So, moving forward this corrupt system must go, it is like an emergency stop on a machine, we hit the button even if we don't yet have alternatives, we stop this machine to prevent it doing even more damage.

And looking into the future, if there is going to be any new system, it must follow the principle that victims must be protected. Hence as it is recommended by the Q community, there will be three instruments as we deal with "bad people":

First, correctional programs. If the "bad people" can be corrected of course. And the corrections are not always performed on the perpetrators. If there had been any external factors that forced the perpetrators to carry out a "hideous" act, we the people will chase after those external factors instead, and leave the "perpetrators" alone, because without those external factors, "bad things" will never happen again. This is the most important feature of the new system that will make sure it will "work".

Second, exiles. If the "bad people" cannot be corrected, such as pedophiles etc, they will be exiled, either to Australian outback or to a foreign country. Exiles are not always permanent, if and only if victims forgive him/her, the perpetrators are allowed to return. Most importantly, this whole process will be under scrutiny of all Australian people, that means victims are also subject to the free speech examine of the Australian people, so they are constantly under pressure to make the right decision, as if they are the judge themselves. This is the right way to go, since if there is anything bad that happened, the perpetrators should appease the victims instead of judges who have no true knowledge of the context. This is particularly helpful in edge cases of rape when "victims" have no idea what happened, so it is better that the "rapist" disappear for a while for the "victim" to sort out what is the nature of their relationship. I will also use the example of the insurance CEO shooting case in US, that Luigi might indeed to be exiled for couple of years, and the family of the CEO will be enquired about his return to community. After observing the changes in the insurance industry over these years and under the pressure of public opinion, I am pretty sure the "victim family" will have no choice but to consent his return.

Last, but certainly not the least, the "otherwise". This is the ultimate and most ancient instrument that we will use to deal with the worst among us. You all know what this thing is, so I will not write it out explicitly. When using it, it has only one purpose, to restore people's confidence in justice and humanity. It is reserved for the worst among us, just to prove that we the human is capable of sorting out what is right or wrong. As a result, not even murderers would suit this kind of instrument, since when people decide to kill someone, more than likely they are bringing some matter into their own hand to right some wrong that a reasonable person would consider appropriate and proportional, so perhaps this killer will come back after couple years of exile if Australian people are on his side: The "victims" family will have no choice under the pressure of unlimited free speech and debate.

What we are presented here is a system that rely on absolute free speech to work well. Everyone will be under the examine of unlimited free speech, the "criminal", the "victim", the "witness", and anyone who are willing to intervene, anyone. As for the government official who are organizing this "trial", if he had done a poor choice, free will of the people will penalize him; if he had done a brilliant decision, the free will of the people will raise him sky high, he will obtain political power he could never have dreamed of. There will be no conventional law anyone, we all know that the laws are always out of context and doesn't work. All we should consider is right or wrong, collectively, verdict of the people, by free speech. Under this design, every "criminal case" will be a political case, because it is the way it has to be. Only this will we encourage people to participate in the political debates and what is truly "social justice", only when everyone in the society participate in politics can we make our world a better place to live. If you are not interested in politics, you do not deserve justice, and when bad things happen to you, you will certainly be disadvantaged, you cannot blame this on anyone else, because in the past, you stayed away from politics, you don't care what is right or wrong, you don't care the suffering of the weak, and when it is your turn, we the people will not care you. This is how we the Eureka Q will educate people about.

On a side note, recently I have conducted a survey on twitter regarding how we should deal with those who had covered up government child rape crimes and those who had persecuted child sex victims and activists, the poll result shows 70% are calling for "otherwise", and 30% calling for "exile". Let me make it clear, I was not asking about penalties for pedophiles themselves, I was not even asking about the child sex traffickers who are also blackmailing our pedophile politicians: I was just asking about the punishment for those who had persecuted victims, activists and covered things up, it could be a police officer conducting a raid, it could be a doctor/psychologist making a diagnose, it could be a lawyer making a deal, it could be a judge making a ruling... Yep, they are not raping kids, they are not trafficking kids either, but if their conduct had constituted persecution of victims, activists or concealing or any sorts as mentioned above, according to Australian people, they are committing such an atrocity, that 70% of Australian people would want them to "go otherwise", just to restore our confidence on humanity, on justice, on what is right or wrong... If you think this through, they are a lot worse than the pedophiles themselves: the pedophiles are not destroying the whole world of the victims, it is them that had effectively destroyed the whole world not just for the victims, but for everybody else.

Considering 70% is not 100%, when we the Eureka Q get into power, we might instead do something that is better reflecting people's will, we will let 70% of these "worst among us" to "go otherwise", while 30% go exile and hopefully return sometime into the future if Australian people could had forgiven them. If you suspect that you had ever participated in an act that effectively persecuted child sex victims and activists etc., I kindly suggest you, start working on reparation straight away and revert your damage now. The Australian people don't care about "statutory limits", Australian people don't care about "indemnity from prosecution". The Australian people only care about right or wrong, the people only care about bringing justice to victims, whatever it takes. If you are still indifferent up to this point, then there will be perpetrators who have committed much worse atrocities on this matter and use you as a tool to obtain the exile outcome. Your choice. Don't blame me for not warning you.

As Eureka Q, we learn lecture of past, will pick right side of the history: we get into power, only to bring justice to millions of victims of Australia. This is our sole purpose, whatever it takes.
