Management is a big topic. Everyone wants to be manager because when you get old, you don't work that well as your younger version. You gotta be managing people, or you are unemployed.

So what exactly is management? Answer is, Management is about making someone who initially are refusing to do something, to change his mind, and then to actually do something.

Managing people is about persuading people, deceiving people, manipulating people, intimidating people and in Australian government's cases, extorting people.

Therefore, coordination is NOT management, because if it is a sweet arrangement, they will be happily doing it, missing the "refusing" part.

And therefore, education/training is NOT management either, because you are not expecting them to do anything, missing the "doing" part.

When management happens, that means something had gone wrong, something or someone doesn't work; and if you are being managed, that means you are a trouble making employee; or in the case from the government, a trouble making citizen.

Oh BTW, this article is just for education purpose, so don't worry, you are not "being managed", you are all good.

So let's continue on the management tactics, let's start with persuasion.

Let's just skip it, everyone knows how it works.

So, should we talk about deception and manipulation? please note that the purpose of this article is about explaining how management works, not teaching you management skills. Some of followers or members might have memory that we used to publish condensed audiobooks about "manipulation", and we will continue posting those topics in the future, so just keep following us, you will have your turn learning.

What we really want to talk about, is how the government do their "management". They don't do persuasion anymore, our parents had done the job. We stay with our parents, supposedly, for 18 years, some a bit longer, some a bit shorter. Some are a bit more persuasive, some are a bit less. But whenever it is government's turn, it is not gonna work on us anymore.

Then the government tries to control some media to carry out some "deception" on us. That may work for a while before the internet ages. Therefore, till recently, you see lots of false flag operations happening, remember the explosive van? And the purpose is certainly, manipulation.

It doesn't seem to be very effective either, so the government start making laws, threaten us years of jail, sometimes simply for saying something in public or online. Yep, that is also a form of management, intimidation.

Just like companies: as a dynasty, a country or the government reaching its terminal phase, their management tactics towards the people become hasher and hasher.

But that is still nothing compared with "extortion", the blackmailing tactic. It is the most effective tactic.

Whenever you encounter certain organizations or countries exerting enormous influence around the world, more than likely it is through blackmailing. The Vatican is the biggest player in this, Israel is doing this too. And the so called "Free mason" and "Illuminati", if it is indeed a thing, will most likely work in this fashion too.

The "deep state" controls all establishment via this method. Not just pedophiles, you get caught even for consensual adult sex, even if it is not paid.

But it is also the most detrimental management method: you have to make sure everyone is a criminal for this to work, think about this, a cabinet is full of child rapists, drug addicts... Therefore, you won't see it happening until it is near the end of a dynasty, a country or government at its terminal phase.

All management will do damage to the team, even persuasion, because you are still making people doing things unwillingly, remember this. They are all pushing your organization down the cliff, some faster, some slower, that's it.

On the other hand, it is not easy to catch people's dirty little secrets to blackmail them. Taking pedophiles for example, you may need to rape kids with them together, think Epstein and many other examples on this website. So in the case of the government, it is true, it is a bunch of pedophiles blackmailing another bunch of pedophiles.

And indeed, the government is at its terminal phase. From management point of view, even if you remove all the blackmailing elements of the government, and government stop intimidating people from tomorrow, you are just slowing down its demise, you are not going to stop it. Damage had already been done on the "team", I mean the society, the people. To fix this issue, you have to replace all the people in the country, and also, replace everyone in the government, then hope that starting from tomorrow the government can lower the tone, and go back to the good old days of deceiving people. The deepstate already doing this for years, the great replacement: they don't care if the new people is white or not, they just want someone who haven't gone through all this at all, and form a new government. The deepstate thinks they own the country, they are just replacing the management team, oh, and all the employees too, in an effort to save this failing "company".

Why am I telling you all this? Should we do something about this process then? Yes of course. Because the "company" will still fall, the deepstate "stake holders", they will go bankrupt, they will be destroyed, they will own nothing after this. A new company will be built, and previous stakeholders will not be part of it. It is always like this for thousand years of history.

Now you have already seen this through, there is no way you can remain an "employee" anymore. You will be either the new "deepstate" that owns the country, or you will be the managers who will manage this country. If you do not take on this responsibility, you will be fired, because you will certainly cause problems for the new management.

Similarly, in daily life, if you have a job, you must work towards a manager position now. Once you have opened your eyes, you cannot close them anymore.

You will manage people, and you will always remember, even if you just trying to persuade people, damage had already been done the team. But remember, "lower" management tactics are better, because it makes your organization live longer, it makes your movement last longer, and victors are simply the ones that lives the longest. And if you do make it to the end and form a new government, you must know that extortion tactics shall never be applied, or your are speeding up your demise. Good Education and perfect Coordination can take the place of any management, in the past we cannot always achieve this because the require lots of resources. However, AI is here, AI is doing a great job in these two. Adopt it, rely on it, it can make your team, your organization, your "kingdom" last much longer.

You don't need to manage people anymore. Ever need to manage someone? Review your education and coordination tactics and fix it from there. Don't ever manage again.
